Societies include residents of every age and ability, so accessibility is a core design goal for both this website and CITYTECH INNOVATIONS.

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across this website: keyboard navigation for every menu, accordion and form, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, text alternatives for images and support for reduced motion settings.

In the product

CITYTECH INNOVATIONS works through WhatsApp, which supports screen readers, large text and voice notes on Android and iOS. Residents can report issues and ask questions by voice in Hindi or English.
