You may use this website to learn about CITYTECH INNOVATIONS and contact us. Do not misuse it: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at volume, submit false information or send spam through its forms.
The service
CITYTECH INNOVATIONS is provided to a society (an RWA, AOA, cooperative society or facility manager acting for one) under an order form that sets out the plan, number of flats, fees and term. The society is responsible for the accuracy of the data it provides and for having a lawful basis to share resident data with us.
Accounts and access
Committee and staff access is granted by the society. The society must remove access for people who leave their role. We may suspend access that is being used to harm residents, breach the law or breach these terms.
AI-generated responses
CITYTECH answers bylaw questions from the documents the society uploads and cites its sources. It can make mistakes. Sensitive actions such as fines, legal notices and spending approvals always require a committee member's approval. The society remains responsible for decisions it takes.
Payments
Maintenance payments from residents are processed by RBI-regulated payment partners directly into the society's account. CITYTECH INNOVATIONS does not hold resident funds. Subscription fees are invoiced to the society with applicable GST and are payable within 15 days of invoice.
Founding society programme
Founding societies receive free setup and founding pricing as described on the founding society page, subject to the eligibility criteria and the feedback commitments stated there.
Intellectual property
We own CITYTECH INNOVATIONS and this website. The society owns its data and the documents it uploads, and grants us a licence to process them only to provide the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under a society's agreement is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may end a monthly plan with 30 days' written notice. On termination we make the society's data available for export and then delete it as set out in the Data Processing & Security terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
