This policy explains how CITYTECH INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED ("CITYTECH INNOVATIONS", "we") handles personal data when you visit this website, contact us or use our WhatsApp society manager. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

Who we are

CITYTECH INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED builds an AI society manager on WhatsApp. For data you share with us through this website (for example a demo request), we are the Data Fiduciary. For data a society processes through CITYTECH INNOVATIONS, the society is the Data Fiduciary and we act as its Data Processor. See our Data Processing & Security page for that relationship.

Data we collect on this website

  • Contact details you submit in forms: name, phone number, email address, role, society name, locality and number of flats.
  • Information you choose to share, such as the tools your society uses today or your biggest challenge.
  • Campaign information attached to your form submission: the page you came from and UTM parameters.
  • With your consent only: analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your demo request, founding society application or message.
  • To send you the newsletter, if you subscribed and confirmed by email.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the website, if you allowed analytics cookies.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent spam.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from your last interaction, unless you become a customer, in which case contract terms apply. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, under contracts that require them to protect it: our database and hosting providers, our email delivery provider, our spam protection provider and, with consent, our analytics provider. We may disclose data where required by law.

Your rights

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate data.
  • Erase data we no longer need, or that you no longer consent to us using.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity.
  • Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and then with the Data Protection Board of India if it is not resolved.
